1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 small wheel of Brie cheese
1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Fresh rosemary (optional)
Prep Time:
10 minutes (plus 15 minutes baking)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and place in a mini muffin tin.
Add a small piece of Brie and 1 tsp cranberry sauce to each.
Top with nuts and rosemary if desired. Brush edges with egg wash.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Ready to serve!
